クレーンカウンターウェイト油圧シリンダーは、油圧透過メカニズムを介してクレーンバランスを実現する重要なデバイスです。主にシリンダーボディ、ピストン、ピストンロッド、シーリングエレメント、オイルフィルター、油圧パイプライン、オイルタンクで構成されています。作業原則は、Pascalの法則に基づいています。つまり、閉じた容器では、圧力が液体のすべてのポイントに伝達され、液体に作用する圧力は領域に比例します。クレーンが持ち上げられると、油圧ポンプがオイルをシリンダーに押し込み、ピストンを上昇させ、それによりフックの高さが増加します。クレーンの荷重が増加すると、シリンダー内のオイルが圧縮され、ピストンが低下し、クレーンのバランスが得られます。
